With more than 20 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience, Delery brings a broad & balanced legal background representing both plaintiffs & defendants in complex civil matters in state & federal courts across Louisiana.

Tiffany Delery is a veteran trial lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, and military veteran whose career has been defined by service, integrity, and a commitment to justice. She is a Partner with the Trial Team, the special litigation section of Chehardy Sherman Williams Recile & Hayes LLP, where she represents clients in complex, high-stakes litigation. Before joining the firm, she spent many years at Liskow & Lewis, serving as both a Shareholder and the firm's Chief Diversity Officer.

Over more than two decades in the legal profession, Tiffany has built a distinguished practice handling complex commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, maritime and oilfield disputes, environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance and indemnity matters, property damage claims, and employment litigation. In addition to her extensive courtroom experience, she maintains an active alternative dispute resolution practice as a qualified civil mediator and arbitrator, helping parties resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.

Tiffany is widely respected for her legal judgment and professionalism. She serves on the panel of neutrals for MAPS and was appointed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana to serve on the Court's In re Ida Claims Streamlined Settlement Program Panel of Neutrals. She is also a member of the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Commercial Arbitrators and has shared her expertise as a faculty volunteer with Tulane University Law School's Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy Program.

An eighth-generation New Orleanian, Tiffany's roots in the city run deep. She attended St. Maria Goretti and Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic School before graduating from Loyola University New Orleans in 2000 and earning her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2005.

While pursuing her undergraduate and law degrees, Tiffany proudly served for eight years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as an Intelligence Analyst, including nearly three years of decorated active-duty service both at home and overseas. Her military service earned numerous commendations and medals, including the prestigious United States Marine Corps Molly Marine Award, reflecting the leadership, discipline, and dedication that continue to define her career.

Beyond the courtroom, Tiffany has devoted countless hours to serving the Greater New Orleans community. She has held leadership and board positions with Louisiana Appleseed, City Year New Orleans, the Federal Bar Association New Orleans Chapter, the New Orleans Bar Association, the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, the Hynes Charter School PTO, and the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary, Court 50. A longtime member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, she also served for many years as a parish religious education instructor and was honored by the Archdiocese of New Orleans with the St. Louis XIV Medallion for her faithful service.
